December marks a new chapter for EcoMotion’s West Coast headquarters: Our team has now moved into One Bunker Hill, an “art deco jewel” that began as the headquarters for Southern California Edison. Directly across from The Gas Company Tower, caddy corner from the Biltmore Hotel, and across Fifth Street from the Los Angeles Main Library, the 13-story, 242,200 square foot building was built in 1930 and opened in 1931. Its lobby features more than two dozen types of marble. At the time of its construction, One Bunker Hill was known for its advanced engineering and ability to withstand earthquakes. Come visit us in Suite 650 where we share space with the Climate Action Reserve. Take the Metro to Pershing Square!
