EcoMotion is pleased to announce Codi Leitner as a new Assistant Program Manager. Her main priority will be to support proposal development for Renewable Energy, Prop 39, and Greenhouse Gas Inventory projects, as well as creating a new student engagement curriculum to be used in conjunction with Prop 39 energy efficiency plans.

An East Coast native, she moved to Los Angeles two years ago after completing her undergraduate work at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. She graduated with an honors joint degree in Earth & Environmental Science and Science in Society, with a focus on environmental conservation. While at Wesleyan she served as On-Site Coordinator for an enrichment center, helping to start programs such as the “Kid’s Environment Club” and “Art + Science”.

Recipient of two prestigious National Science Foundation Research Experience for Undergraduates awards, Codi has experience in advanced science labs ranging from Lake Tahoe to Boston, studying the effects of pollutants on sensitive riparian ecosystems and environmental remediation. She held the role of Program Manager in the science department of a California Educational Non-profit developing green curriculum and serving as coordinator for a school garden. Codi is based at EcoMotion’s Downtown LA, Pershing Square offices.
